Anti - Harassment Workshop 2026 / 2027 – Prefilled form

Working together to create a safer working place.

Creating a workplace where every individual feels safe, respected, and valued is essential to a healthy organisational culture. Sexual harassment—whether verbal, visual, or physical—can have a profound impact on dignity, wellbeing, and the overall working environment. Even a single incident can create a hostile or intimidating atmosphere, undermining trust and impact the learning environment.

The Anti – Harassment Workshop has been designed to give managers and staff the understanding, skills, and confidence to recognise inappropriate behaviour, respond effectively to concerns, and foster a culture where harassment is never tolerated. With recent updates to legislation placing greater responsibility on employers to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment, it is more important than ever that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in creating a safe workplace. On the course, the following areas will be explored:

  • Defining harassment and sexual harassment
  • Real examples of sexual harassment in the workplace
  • High profile cases and recent tribunals
  • Why sexual harassment goes unreported
  • Risk areas: Banter, social events, social media, evidence
  • Employer responsibilities and legal changes
  • Impacts on the workplace
  • Preventing harassment: The six key areas
  • Managing a report of sexual harassment

Through a combination of guidance, real‑world examples, and practical strategies, this training will help you identify unacceptable behaviours, support those affected, and take appropriate action when issues arise. Our aim is to empower you to challenge inappropriate conduct, promote respectful interactions, and contribute to a positive organisational culture where everyone can thrive

This interactive session is designed specifically for those with management responsibility in schools.
