At Community Academies Trust, we are committed to equipping all staff and managers with the skills to thrive and build inclusive, effective school workplaces.

Our 2026–2027 programme features interactive, small-group workshops (capped at 16 delegates) covering people management, wellbeing, and safeguarding. Most sessions are practical, three-hour standalones designed to fit around your day-to-day responsibilities.

• Multi-session courses: The Inspiring Managers Programme runs across five modules, while Mental Health First Aider and Safer Recruitment require attendance at two sessions for full certification.
