Supporting and developing our early career teachers in the first two years of teaching is important.  Working as a delivery partner with Teach First, we deliver the Early Career Training Programme to all our ECTs across the trust and beyond.  These sessions are facilitated by colleagues with a strong track record in mentoring and supporting new teachers into the profession.
