Managing Difficult Conversations with Adults
Overview
No one likes to have a difficult conversation. This course will help you to have a better understanding and consideration of adult responses and reactions to why adults behave like they do and will suggest improved strategies to create change.
Objectives:
This programme will:
- Help you understand the key principles for managing challenging conversations.
- Assist you in utilising communication and listening skills to generate positive outcomes
- Increase confidence in resolving and addressing conflict.
