Aimed at senior leaders with cross school responsibilities, the NPQSL gives participants all the essential knowledge, skills and concepts that underpin successful leadership of teaching and helps to develop your confidence to effectively take on a leadership role and support your team
The course is usually completed within 18 months with the production of a case study at its conclusion. This is a blended delivery model comprising 4 face to face events, online study, webinars and coaching. Eligibility is subject to evidencing support from your Headteacher to release you to undertake the course and related work.
