npq leading behaviour & culture
Aimed at colleagues with at least 3 years teaching experience, the NPQLBC gives participants all the essential knowledge, skills and concepts that underpin successful leadership of teaching.
The course is usually completed within 12 months with a summative assessment at its conclusion. This is a blended delivery model comprising 3 face to face events, online study, webinars and coaching. Eligibility is subject to evidencing support from your Headteacher to release you to undertake the course and related work.

- contributes to a culture of high expectations across the school
- supports the development of a positive, predictable and safe environment for pupils
- supports pupils who need more intensive support with their behaviour
- aligns professional development priorities related to behaviour and culture with wider school improvement priorities
