npq leading behaviour & culture

Aimed at colleagues with at least 3 years teaching experience, the NPQLBC gives participants all the essential knowledge, skills and concepts that underpin successful leadership of teaching.

The course is usually completed within 12 months with a summative assessment at its conclusion.  This is a blended delivery model comprising 3 face to face events, online study, webinars and coaching.  Eligibility is subject to evidencing support from your Headteacher to release you to undertake the course and related work.
