npq executive leadership
Aimed at colleagues who have been a Headteacher for at least 3 years, NPQEL is suitable for colleagues already in leadership roles across more than one school
The course is usually completed within 18 months with a summative assessment at its conclusion. This is a blended delivery model comprising 6 face to face events (including a 2 day conference), online study, webinars and coaching. Eligibility is subject to evidencing support from your Headteacher to release you to undertake the course and related work.
Objectives
The programme:
- improves outcomes for pupils and staff across your trust or school group
- develops your confidence to effectively lead and support across several schools or a trust.
- helps you critically evaluate your own leadership practice
- provides valuable support from an experienced leadership coach to hone your leadership skills
- encourages debate and discussion around experiences and learning with other highly motivated peers.
